A. it's viral. cold is due to mostly viral infection and can be with cough . Signs can be from running nose , sneezing, throat pain , change in voice . At home can try for indirect steam inhalation with steam around baby . Cough dry or wet then can be given cough syrup as per need Dry cough usually gets better in days . Check for fever or breathing difficult y. If fever above 99 then immediately see a doctor.
