#AskTheExpert my 7 month old son is suffering from diarrhoea for last 3 days I have consulted with dr but still no improvement What to do And can I give veggies like carrot beans sweet potato n apple to him ?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom make sure he is well hydrated with liquids first as that is very much important for him , also it is important that food given are easy to digest and mildly flavoured well

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, can give all mention n continue with medication, rice kanji, buttermilk, lentil soup, coconut water is good during loose motion.Keep the diet simple and bland,like boiles carrot puree, boiled potatoes, daal- Khichdi,sabudana kheer.
