#asktheexpert my 6month baby is just starting solids. but not taking, when trying to feed after1-2 spoons, he is crying. what to do and how much ml water is required

it is normal so no need to worry
please start with one table spoon and gradually increase as per your child hunger
please start with easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
you can give properly cook rice and khichdi vegetable soup
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
