#asktheexpert My 5 Years old toddler having fever for 2 days. His body temperature increased in night more than 102 ° He is very active in sickness. plz suggest

A. hgvc. fever can be because of different reasons most of the times viral bacterial sometimes due to less immunity there can be recurrence better to treat only with paracetamol if the fever more than 100degr

A. One 02° is quite a high fever so I’m going to advise you to do cold sponging apart from that medicine should be given regularly if the fever does not subside within the time of 72 hours maximum then ask your doctor if they suggested to go for a blood test
