#AskTheExpert my 5 years baby girl while sleeping cough more while giving her cough syrup not helping for more than 15 days

A. may be viral. Cough and cold can be due to seasonal variation and maybe a sign of any viral infection so as a home remedies steam can be started and if the cough worsen then cough syrup like asthakind can be given but if there is any breathing difficulty then a physician should be consulted .
