#asktheexpert my 5 year girl child have yellow colour dandruff... it is in the form of flakes. there are wound present in scalp.. some time fluid secretion... what is the treatment... i think its sebhorric dermitis

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to evaluate once with your local skin specialist in person as it requires proper examination before starting any medication and also massage on daily basis and use any sulphate free shampoo.
