#AskTheExpert My 5 week old is passing motion every 2 3 days..and having very hard stools..she urinates frequently like 10 12 times..she is mostly breasfed and formula fed once a day..she is also very gassy. Is this a concern?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it is ook for thebaby. At infancy it is not necessary that baby pass motion daily. It may be in 2 to 3 days or can be up to 1 week also . Glycerine suppository can be used for lubrication of the area .
