#AskTheExpert my 5 and half month old baby is sometime constipatrd and do the pooo 4-5 days later he is on both breast and formula milk what shoukd be done

Vritika AroraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. give tummy time to the baby daily.
massage the tummy in circular motion with oil.
do stretching exercise properly.
prefer to give more of breast milk as it is easy to digest.
you can even add 1 to 2 drops of ghee in milk if the baby is excess constipated.
