A. if the child is having abdominal pain give syrup colicaid or syrup cyclopam 5 ml to the child for now then you have to meet the doctor to find the cause of abdominal pain because it can be either due to gas or due to worms or some other abdominal pathology or gastroenteritis, constipation, digestive issues. in the meantime it is advisable to give only easily digestible food to the child and water and buttermilk curd rice and dal. can give poha upma daliya anxd fruits. avoid milk products , packet foods and fried items and heavy diet. you can continue anti-colic medicines and your doctor may add antacids for the child for few days it will help in decreasing the gas as well as bloating.

A. If your four-year-old son frequently complains of stomach pain and fever, especially in the evenings, it’s important to address these symptoms carefully. Here are some potential causes and steps to take: ### Possible Causes: 1. **Gastrointestinal Issues:** - **Stomach Flu or Infection:** Viral or bacterial infections can cause stomach pain and fever. These symptoms might appear intermittently, particularly if there's an infection or irritation in the digestive tract. - **Constipation:** Can lead to abdominal discomfort and occasionally fever if it causes an infection or significant strain. 2. **Food Intolerance or Allergies:** - **Dietary Sensitivities:** Sometimes certain foods can cause stomach pain and related symptoms. Consider whether these symptoms are related to specific foods or eating patterns. 3. **Recurrent Fever:** - **Fever of Unknown Origin:** Some infections or inflammatory conditions can cause intermittent fevers. 4. **Stress or Anxiety:** - **Emotional Factors:** Stress or anxiety can sometimes manifest as physical symptoms, including stomach pain. ### Steps to Take: 1. **Monitor Symptoms:** - **Keep a Diary:** Track when the symptoms occur, their duration, and any associated factors like specific foods or activities. 2. **Consult a Pediatrician:** - **Professional Evaluation:** Given that these symptoms are persistent and specific to certain times of the day, it's crucial to consult with a pediatrician. They can conduct a thorough examination and possibly order tests to identify the underlying cause. 3. **Check for Fever Patterns:** - **Accurate Measurement:** Use a digital thermometer to track your child's fever accurately. Note the temperature range and the frequency of occurrences. 4. **Diet and Hydration:** - **Review Diet:** Ensure that your child’s diet is balanced and free from potential irritants. Ensure he is well-hydrated. 5. **Comfort Measures:** - **Comfort Care:** For immediate relief, ensure your child is comfortable and hydrated. Offer light, easy-to-digest foods if he is willing to eat. If your child's symptoms persist or worsen, or if you notice additional signs like vomiting, severe pain, or changes in behavior, seek medical attention promptly. A healthcare provider will be able to determine the exact cause and recommend appropriate treatment.
