it could be reaction to something like fabric food or cosmetics heat or sweating or Infection
so , please choose Cotton clothes for your child
keep your child in well vantileted room
skip suspected cosmetics
keep an eye on your child diet and remove food which causes it.
apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it
