Q.

#AskTheExpert My 4 month baby is exclusively breastfeed. Since I got my period , will this reduce my milk supply . Should I start formula milk. Also she was irritated and crying the entire night. Is this because she has not passed motion since 7 days??

A. No no It wont reduce the milk supply. proper diet is important, Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium.. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have more veggies and fruits everyday. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake. You may alos have any protein drink.
