This can occur due to some infection or some times due to climate changes and temperature variations around child.

For cold / running nose give syp Maxtra 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
For productive coughing give syp ascoril ls 5ml twice daily
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol
For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child

Give warm water to drink
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with waxter combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.

Sinarist you can give this to the child but I would suggest you to get it checked with the doctor because if the situation is like this then maybe your child is having infection and fever can also come because of this so kindly consult the doctor doctor
