#AskTheExpert My 3 week old daughter has been getting rashes near her bum hole though we've not been using diapers on her. Everytime she pees or poops we clean her using warm water and a clean cotton cloth but still it isn't improving. what should I do about it?

A. Hello, just apply coconut oil around anal region..you can apply T-bact twice a day. Keep the diaper area open for major part of the day. If you use cloth nappies,ensure that you remove it the minute its wet or soiled. As soon the motion is out, it must be cleaned. look what you eat
