ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Green stools in the 3 month breastfed baby can indicate: an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools.
.It Can be remedied by limiting feeding times or sticking to one breast when feeding your baby.
