my 3 months babyy poop green in colour he do 7 time poop today sometimes it's sticky nd in white colour reason why baby poop green

This is definitely Sama Ki infection because stickiness is there the White colour of the motion is there which is quite an indication for a stomach infection only use gesture to have a clarity video treating doctor on that and go ahead with what they suggest you
