A. hi if a child weighs around 8 to 12 kg,no need to worry about this. but if a child is not gaining enough weight and feel discomfort ,you need to check health issues like stomach upset , worm Infection , teething, nutritional deficiencies etc keep adding variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, pulses, dairy products etc
