A. only breastfeeding / milk is good enough to improve the hair growth in the child along with scalp massage. you have to give only vitamin d supplements and any other supplements if needed will be added by the doctor. you can use any oil for scalp mfassage which is not causing allergy and massage can be given to or three times per day
