AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Have lactonic granules with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, milk etc in ur diet to increase bm
