#AskTheExpert my 21 months boy doesn’t respond to his name at 1st call but yes he responds after 3-4 calls . He s normal?? Or is this autistic

A. hi sorry but can not judge from this single description mam ,if a child can understand what you say well, Achieve age appropriate milestones., make eye contact while talking , then as such no need to worry. mam , autism is not that much common in our society it is wide term so please don't try self diagnose don't try self medication.
