A. Baby acne go away on their own. It is pretty normal. If the weather is humid, you can definitely use fan or AC. Dress the baby appropriately. In case the AC is not on, dress the baby in comfortable and light cotton clothes. Take out some of your breast milk and soak a cotton ball in it and dab this over the acne affected areas. It works.
