A. For a 2-month-old baby, passing yellowish watery poop up to three times a day is usually normal, especially if he is breastfed. Breastfed babies often have loose, watery stools due to the easily digestible nature of breast milk. However, if the stool is excessively watery, frothy, foul-smelling, or accompanied by dehydration signs (like dry mouth, reduced urination, or lethargy), it may indicate an infection or lactose intolerance. If your baby seems uncomfortable, has a fever, or the frequency suddenly increases, it's best to consult a pediatrician for reassurance.
