sorry for that
here for 2 months old baby, I advise to apply warm paste of Turmeric powder and water on chest,back and forehead of your child

sure,if symptoms are mild,you can treat such infection with homemade remedies like:
you can give Turmeric milk with roasted ajwain seeds once in a day.
you can give mixture of honey and few drops of lemon juice twice in a day
