Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Due to flat nipples or latching problem baby rejects direct feed.
So use nipple shield for better latching as expressing out milk is time consuming.
Direct latching helps in increasing in production of milk.
The more the baby latches the more milk produces.
