#asktheexpert my 16 month baby frequently asked for breastfeed in night, like every hour, even if I feed him solids properly before bed

A. It will take some time for the babies to stop breast-feeding, and it is mostly to get some soothing affection from the mother or reassurance that she’s around them that the babies suckle
