#asktheexpert my 14 month baby is a little less in weight, basically due to heredity. kindly suggest a good diet for weight gain.

Hi mom Make meal time fun with toys and story Offer different varieties of food in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
