#asktheexpert my 11 month daughter has got cold and cough,she is not able to sleep because of cough and vomiting. for her blocked nose I have already given her steam and nasoclear.olease advise what can be done for cough problem

A. hello do steam inhalation with plain water 2 to 3 times a day and also.use.saline nasal drops as and when required and if persistent then better to get evaluated once.for.same.

A. You can also give indirect steam to the child and also nebulise your child before your child goes to sleep apart from nasal drop these things are also going to be equally important to this is going to help much better to your child to feel better and sleep better
