Evion vitamin E cream you can apply maybe is due to dryness in the skin apply this 3 to 4 times in the day use a good face wash for your child I would recommend you to use cetaphil face cleanser that’s very gentle on the skin of the child so that is what you are roughness is in that case consult your doctor
