Offer food before your child becomes too tired.
Offer the evening meal at least 2 hours before her bedtime.
If she's is too tired to eat in the evenings, offer her main meal at lunch time.It might well be that your little one doesn't want anything because they're poorly. Just like you, your baby loses their appetite when they're feeling a bit unwell or off-colour . So if your baby has a cold or a sore throat, or if they're teething, they may go off their food . They may simply be too tired to eat.
