#AskTheExpert my 1 year old baby feed mother milk all the time, due to that my wife feel weakness. kindly suggest any drink for my wife.

A. Hello father she can take ragi malt and also she can take panjiri and also dry fruits and fruits and small health snack as in like Makhanas or millet or atta ladoos etc . Currently now the child major part of the diet should be from usual family foods and she should not plan to gradually reduce the number of feeds
