#asktheexpert my 1.1 year old drinks approx 700 ml milk in a day. is it more than required. how should I decrease it. she takes more than 500 ml in night and is hungry after every 2 hrs in night. doesn't take dinner. day time she takes all meal.

A. hi parent yes 1 cup of cows milk is fine let baby have thin liquidy meals soup rice blends mix veg dal khichdi with ghee soft parathas dipped in dals
