#asktheexpert Mujhe periods 3 din hote h I mean bleeding aur uske baad thik ho jaata h but atleast 5 days to hone chahiye?? Aisa kyu h doc plz suggests me

A. Who told you so that at least we should be there for five days or something if you have proper bleeding for three days then that’s good enough and it’s fine if you don’t have bleeding from the fourth period cycle is mostly meant for three days only for 5 to 7 days have when they have candy or they do not have proper bleeding throughout those three days
