better consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required And start treatment as advised by your doctor

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much it is very normal with lots of ladies. and please start taking jeera water and ajwain ark before starting the periods. and also avoid oily junk and packed food.
