as a child is 5 years old ,you can offer Healthy snacks like sprouts, fruits , paneer chilla,besan chilla, multigrain idli , dosa,poha , upma, mung dal chilla , dates ladoo (see it's recipe in my profile) , golpappdi , banana or rava pancakes , stuffed paratha etc
