to please bachche ko dhul ,smoke , pollen aadi k exposure se dur hi rakhe.
bachche ko thode thode antral pe half chammach gunguna pani pine ko de.
magar uss k liye bachche ko force na kre.
aur jyada se jyda feeding de.
bachche ko har roj 20 minute ,subah sunlight bhi de.
