कोई हिंदी मे सवाल करे तो डॉक्टर इंग्लिश मे जवाब देते है लगता है 
डॉक्टर बचपन से इंग्लिश बोलते थे 
जो हिंदी बोलणे मे कठिनाई होती है और व सरलता से हिंदी मे पूछे जाने वाले को समझा नही पाते
और इसी कारण हिंदी मे  सवाल पूछने वाले इंग्लिश मे अच्छी तरहा से समज नही पाते
