#asktheexpert meri beti ek saal ki h kuch khane nhi chahti h or usko kl hi hemoglobin chada h kia kre kuch samjh nhi aarha h.

A. Did to lower level of haemoglobin also the appetite of the child can get affected so I’m just going to recommend you to give an iron supplement to the child and if your doctor is giving Sumz and all continue with that as the iron content is going to be properly appetite is going to increase with Time
