#Asktheexpert meri beti 3.1yrs h aur weight 12.4kg only, bohot active h... please kuch weight gain recipe bataiye... sb kuch khati h lekin weight gain bilkul nhi ho raha h...aur abhi use sardi lgi h to 400gm weight aur km ho gya h... please help me...

A. Dear ma’am, you can give foods like fruit milkshakes, multigrain porridge everyday along with nuts and dry fruits, sweet potato; boiled corn, peanut chikki, banana, ghee idli, aloo paratha etc these are calorie dense and helps in weight gain
