#AskTheExpert Meri beti 14th months+. Avi without support chal nehi sakti. Is main koi problem to nehi? USKI achi brain development ke liye kuch healthy diet dijiye. Thanks in advance

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom bacche even by the age of 16 months chal lete hai without support , abhi support se chal rahe hai tho give her some time , don’t force her , do massages and also exposure to morning sunlight is very much important .and helpful as well.
Usse khane mein different variety of food groups offer kare.jaise ki dry fruits , seasonal fruits and vegetables , whole grains and cereals, dals, chana , rajma etc .
Saath mein reading age appropriate books, kuch puzzles , blocks etc toys use kare
