Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. yes it can be given 4 times a day. Fever is when the temperature is more than 99 °f . Give paracetamol for fever of any and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down in 2 days then baby need a proper examination.
