kids usually grind their teeth during the teething phase..other reason could be due to worms in stomach.
consult with your pediatrician for regular health checkup of your child and Pediatric dentist for oral health examination

It's usually no cause for alarm, and most children outgrow it by the time they reach age 6. Most of the times, teeth grinding occurs because of teething or improper tooth alignment.
