DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and she is having a fever upto 102 degrees then you should give her 1.5 ml paracetamol three times a day and frequent breast feeding

Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables etc
Make meal time fun with toys
