#AskTheExpert mere baby ka weight 7kg hai he is eating well but not increase him weight he is 1 year 2 months old please suggest what i do

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, what was the birth weight? If baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, has tripled the birth weight by one year, then do not worry.
For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to baby’s food. Breastfeed till 2 years.
