it is important that it you have to offer different recipes and flavours made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to improve the weight and height of the child......

weight is on higher side.
so it is better to consult your pediatrician for once to know exact reason behind overweight.
at home,
discourage your child from having sugary or high fat foods like sweets ,cakes , biscuits ,some sugary cereals and sugar sweetened soft and fussy drinks.
please limit your child screen time.
Help your child avoid sitting and lying around too much ,as this makes him or her more likely to put on weight.
try to avoid feeding your child oversized portion.
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
