Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach.
Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots.
Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas.

nuts and seeds.

wholemeal pasta and bread.
legumes — such as mixed beans, baked beans, lentils and chickpeas.
