#asktheexpert mera beta 6 month k hone wala h kl se to kya mai ab uper ka dudh start kr skti hu.. or kitna amount mai dena h please help me..

Ma’am you can start giving formula milk if you want now animal milk and full cream would not be advisable you can start with about 90 ML to begin with and see if your child is accepting it while and wanting more than you can give more milk depending upon the need of your child
