please stop giving that medicine.
I would suggest you to opt for homeopathic medicines as it is really helpful in allergical problems.
keep your child well hydrated
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
give Tulsi leaves with pinch of turmeric powder and few drops of ginger juice daily in morning
maintain good hygiene
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
