Allergy like this are very common in India’s quickly due to weather change sometimes it could probably be due to dust or pollens in the weather they could be hundreds of allergies that you cannot even think you may have not even heard of so I think that’s a similar problem that your child is currently you should go for an allergy test and treatment according
