Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. This is diet related constipation ,first of all restrict milk intake to bedtime only, switch to solid foods.
Offer kid papaya, seasonal vegetables soups, seasonal fruits.
Give proper toilet training,avoid usage of diaper.
May consult for luxuatives.

Hi I’d advise you to give adequate amount of water to the child fibre rich fruits and diet this is a really very important for a child to have that is how the digestive system of your child is going to work find out the constipation issue would be released as a child is frequently suffering with cold and it could probably be some kind of analogy
