ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. hi parent wake the baby up and feed check the urine output if its 6 to 8 Times a day it indiactes adequate milk intake maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

She's too young
so let her sleep and demand feed her only
that is , feed her as per her demand
don't feed her by waking her up.
usually they ask for every four hours
