ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
